Tortellini Salad

I came across this recipe on Pinterest the other day and it looked so good so I decided to give it a try.
It came from Melissa over at Dream Home Cooking Girl
Boy, was I right - it WAS good.  I modified it a bit.  It is a good, quick and yummy summer pasta salad that is also good as a main meal (if you ask me)
1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini (I used the green & white pasta for more color)
1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed (I used 2 pkgs of Bel G
ioioso Fresh Pearl Mozzarella - no cutting)
1 cup pepperoni, chopped
(I used mini pepperoni)
Sprinkle of dried basil (about 1 Tbsp)

2/3 cup Caesar salad dressing
  (I like Ken's Creamy Caesar)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water and drain again.  Transfer cooked tortellini to a large bowl and add remaining ingredients.  Toss well.  Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
I'm had this for dinner last night and I am looking forward to the leftovers tonight.
